At the beginning of the year, we signed contracts for the construction of 5 solar parks with a total capacity of 1982.2 kW. It is worth pointing out that all stations have a capacity of more than 200 kW and all are among the largest in Estonia. Solar power plants with such capacity produce approximately 2 million kWh of electricity per year, which covers the annual electricity demand of more than 300 average Estonian households and makes up more than 35% of the total solar electricity supplied to the grid in Estonia!
Today, with our work schedule, we have reached a situation where four of the five stations are at the end of all the necessary construction work. The completion of Elektrilevi connection points is still expected, after which we will perform tests of the PV system to prove compliance with the Network Code. The largest and most technically complex station (700 kWp) is currently installing base frames. All stations will be finally ready by the end of this summer.
We have been an importer of WINAICO solar panels for 4 years now. Knowing their reliable quality, we have built the aforementioned parks with these panels.
