Estijos pirmaujančios infrastruktūros statybos ir priežiūros grupės patronuojanti įmonė „Verston Group OÜ“ įsigyja 100% energetikos infrastruktūros įmonės „Smartecon OÜ“ akcijų. Sandoris sustiprina „Smartecon“ pajėgumus įgyvendinti didesnius energetikosinfrastruktūros projektus Baltijos šalyse ir visoje Europoje.

„Smartecon“ ir toliau veiks su savo prekės ženklu kaip atskira „Verston Group“ dukterinė įmonė. Sandoris bus užbaigtas, kai bus įvykdytos visos sąlygos, įskaitant Estijos konkurencijos tarnybos pritarimą.
