Passing the tests is a strong indicator of robust design, precise modelling and flawless commissioning. With all criteria met, Elering issued the Final Acceptance Certificate on 15\u00a0April, closing the grid compliance phase ahead of schedule.<\/p><p><strong>Leading in High Voltage Renewable Energy<\/strong><\/p><p>The Raba certification follows success at the 34 MW Heina plant, giving Smartecon two consecutive Type D solar parks fully cleared by Elering in 2025.
